Toronto is currently in the thick of a transit debate. However, there has never been a shortage of exciting plans for rapid transit in the Greater Toronto Region, and we have missed many great opportunities. As we explore our current options, let’s take a moment to learn from our past. Drawing on a lifetime of passionate research, Ed Levy will take us on a richly-illustrated tour of rare, historical maps and plans dating back to the early 20th century while demonstrating how these old plans contain great possibilities for our transit future.
